Style Find : Colour Blocking

I've decided to do a post on the trend of blocking clashing colours, I know this isn't a particularly new trend but I wanted to share with you some places that you can get some colourful clothes on the high street. Although I do wear muted colours, bright colours are something I love to clash with one another. I love a good texture and print mix as you have probably seen but this clashing of colours in the colour block trend is something that looks a little cleaner.

I adore the pink skirt from Zara, it would be great for colour blocking but also as a more versatile piece as I can see some of my band tees and printed tops working with this skirt perfectly! If you aren't as daring then keep scrolling, there are some lovely accessories that can give you ideas if you want to try it out without it being a big statement.

Another personal favourite item is the Yellow Flippy skirt from Topshop.
What do you think about colour blocking and what items to you have/want?

One problem I had with the colour blocking is imagining how it would look and how to wear it without having to invest in a whole new wardrobe.

So I wanted to share with you the lovely Konstantina Tzagaraki from Lookbook:

Her looks are amazing, so if you aren't already following, find her here and Fan her to keep up to date with her looks :)
