UNIQLO and Inès de la Fressange - Win a £300 Voucher
UNIQLO have collaborated with French model Inès de la Fressange for their latest collection, they have taken inspiration from Inès’s book ‘Parisian Chic: A Style Guide’ taking 10 ‘Parisian Style Rules’. Inès made a debut in the fashion industry beginning her career as a Top Model in 1975, becoming Karl Lagerfeld’s muse and Chanel’s star model from 1983 until 1990. As well as having a successful international modelling career, Inès worked as a designer, journalist and consultant for various fashion brands. Her book ‘Parisian Chic’ has sold more than 1 million copies in 17 different languages.
"The special collection is not something we created together for the media. For me, it was completely out of the question to take part in the creation of clothes that I would not wear. Ours is a true collaboration, built upon honesty and sincerity."
The collaboration with Parisian style icon led to a collection of 70 pieces available in 3-4 colour variations, which launches this month online and in store. Check out the link for the online collection launching very soon!
UNIQLO contacted me to see if I would put together a mood board for the style commandment "Pair a print dress with biker boots". To help promote the latest collection and a competition they are running which you can read more about below. I decided to style this UNIQLO dress in two styles the first being more feminine city chic and the second being a little more casual:
Fedora - Sunglasses - Backpack - Buckled Boots - Dress - Beanie - Biker Jacket - Clutch - Biker Boots
