Nottingham Shopping - My Sight Charity Shop


It's time for another where to shop in Nottingham feature, up today we have a new charity shop called My Sight. The shop has a range of items, with menswear, womenswear, accessories, comics, dvds, books and more. It is a new shop though and they are looking for more donations, so if you are from Nottingham and have cleared your wardrobe out head on down to the My Sight charity shop to donate.

More about them in their words:

"My Sight Nottinghamshire is the new working name for Nottinghamshire Royal Society for the Blind (NRSB). We promote greater independence for visually impaired people of all ages from providing support, advice, information to adapted leisure activities.
As a local charity we rely heavily on donations to ensure the continuation of our essential services. All money raised stays within Nottinghamshire, to help visually impaired children and adults to realise their true potential."


You will find the shop located opposite Cow Vintage on Carlton Street in Hockley.

For all you fashion lovers and DIY ladies, they also have a bin with scrap fabric for 50p for you to sew into something fab!

Now this is a wee note to all you boys and girls in Nottingham the, the shop is currently looking for volunteer sales assistants. So if you want to get involved, gain some experience and help a good cause pop in store for more details!

    I used to be in Nottingham all the time cos my boyfriend went to uni there but I don't go anymore :(
