What I'm Wearing - Outfit Round Up
I share my outfits on here and write blog posts fairly frequently but I also like to capture my outfit snaps in the mirror when I don't have time to take lots of photos for a blog post. I post these on Instagram mainly but I thought I would collate some of my most recent outfits into one blog post. I like doing this type of thing as it share a variety of outfits for inspiration for my readers but also for myself to revisit. If I'm struggling with choosing what to wear then I can click on one of these posts and see what outfits I know I love and feel comfortable in. So here goes with my first round up of What I'm Wearing.
I bagged this b-e-a-utiful dress in a charity shop last year, it was originally from M&S. So the quality is good, the print is pretty and it is fairly easy to dress up or down. I wore this to a birthday party but I could totally pair it with some flat boots, an oversized cardigan and tights for an outfit suitable for the office. The dress is sheer so it is see through, I assume when it was sold in M&S that is came with a slip so I had to make do with a pink slip from another dress I own. I could do with getting myself a simple nude slip for lightweight dresses like this. This pretty dress is a reminder for you all....shop charity shops! Plus with people obsessing over Marie Kondo and donating loads of clothing you might be even more surprised by the selection available.
These Monki trousers were just £5 in the sale, can you believe!? I had to have them, perfect for tucking in a tee when I need a quick outfit for work.
Both the Zebra print shoes and mesh top were pieces I got in the New Look sale back in January. The tee is not totally weather appropriate and needed a good old snuggly cardigan and coat to keep warm. The sale goodies were just £4 each! If you are after some Zebra Print then check out ASOS - there's tonnes.
I love a bit of pink on pink. These trousers got a few comments on Instagram and IRL but they are super old so I couldn't share them unfortunately. I paired them with this old knit from Primark and my trusty Lazy Oaf bag. The boots were the new addition to my wardobe, they're moc croc and I am loving them. They were another New Look sale find, they were just £12!
